TRAC’s Health Club is fitted out with 450m2 of state of the art Technogym cardio machines equipped with TV, internet and games. If weight lifting is more your scene TRAC Health Club has been designed with one section of free weights, pin loaded machines and the other section with beginners in mind. Relax, unwind and cool down in our dedicated stretch and abs area.
A small intimate studio dedicated to women’s only with easy to use Technogym cardio and machine weights equipment as well as free weights will help you achieve your goals in a non intimidating environment. A TRAC instructor will develop a program for you to follow based on your fitness goals and health and fitness needs.
